Filmster Films has been birthed into this world by two women on a mission to bring you extraordinary motion pictures. Created in the fall of 2007, FF is interested in producing independent features as well as music videos, commercials, video blogs, and non-broadcast projects.

Alanna Slepitsky - Founder/Producer
By the age of ten, Alanna had already coined herself an aspiring filmmaker, which did not sit well with her Russian parents who came to America in hopes of watching their first born become a doctor or a lawyer. But after receiving a B.A. from Brooklyn College in Film Studies with a dual minor in Television Production and English, it was a little too late for that bar exam. With an array of gigs in the Entertainment industry, including The Colbert Report, Plum Pictures, AOL Kids, & Television Without Pity, there was no denying that this was Alanna's calling instead. When she is not writing movie reviews for AccordingToAlanna.com, blogging on Snarkotics.com, or filming a plastic bag move with the wind, Alanna can be found at the movie theater with one hand in a bucket of popcorn and the other tweeting about how much better the movie could have been if only she were behind itAlanna is currently Content Producer for KIDZBOP.com at Razor and
Tie Entertainment, and is also co-Executive Producing a documentary
